FAQ

In your customer account you can: - View all orders placed - Download invoices for all orders - Pause, add to, extend your subscriptions ... - Create new subscriptions
Yes, you can create an account later that contains your subscriptions and orders if you use the exact email address you used when you placed your first order.
You can track every shipment in the customer account under Account > Orders > Track shipment.
You can download the invoice again at the bottom of the customer account after selecting an order (Account > Orders table > Click on Order).
You can manage your subscriptions under Account > Subscriptions. You can make the following changes: - The contact email - The payment method - The shipping address - The items that will be delivered - The schedule in which the items will be delivered - Create a pause in delivery by cancelling an upcoming date
You can add or edit any addresses under Account > View Addresses. The address for a subscription is changed under Account > Subscriptions > Delivery.
